   Recorded during the same sessions that spawned Between the Beautifuls, Los Manlicious is the heavier counterpart to that mellow album, with a sound that's more aligned with the rock songs on his debut than any subsequent work. At his label's request, Los Manlicious was released several months after Between the Beautifuls, hitting the U.K. in May and appearing in Canada later that summer.
